Greater Nevada is proud to debut an online chat service that will allow you to ask questions about your accounts in a secure online environment.  This secure messaging function allows you to interact in a “live” format with a Member Service Representative.

The service is provided by SightMax, a leader in online communication services.  The service is hosted “in-house” to provide you additional security.

• With this new option our Member Resource Center will be able to provide quicker service
• Because this is a secure messaging service, account questions can be handled without risk of being compromised through electronic transmission
