Signing up for eStatements on eBranch
Greater Nevada will notify you via email that your eStatement is ready for download through
our eBranch online banking site. This new method, which replaces emailing you a direct link to your eStatement,
will provide increased security, as well as greater convenience, since your eStatements will always be available
directly through eBranch.
Please note the following instructions for accessing your eStatement through this new process:
Ensure that you are signed up for eBranch. If you are not signed up or do not know your eBranch
personal identification number (P.I.N.), please call our Member Resource Center at (775) 882-2060 or
(800) 421-6674.

Visit gncu.org, click on the "eBranch" icon on the left, and enter your member number and P.I.N.
Scroll over the Account tab on the top left navigation bar and click on the eStatement link. Make
sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups for this page to work properly. On your top navigational bar
you'll find the tools menu where you can temporarily allow pop-ups.

On the next screen, enter the email address where you want to receive your eStatement. Click on the
change email button. Please verify that your email address is correct and click yes/continue.

Next, scroll over the Account tab, and again select eStatement. Confirm that you would like an electronic
statement by choosing the electronic (via internet) button. Click submit.

| Read the disclosure. If you accept it, check the I agree box at the bottom of the screen and then click the
I agree button. A separate browser window/pop-up screen will appear containing your latest eStatement. To return
to eBranch, click on your original browser window.

This setup procedure is only required the first time you retrieve your eStatement through
eBranch. After this, simply log into eBranch, scroll over the Account tab, click on eStatement and retrieve
your monthly statement.
