Greater Nevada Named Best Place to Work 2019 Finalist
Since 2008, Greater Nevada has been recognized as one of the best places to work in northern Nevada. This year, Greater Nevada, which encompasses our Credit Union, Greater Nevada Mortgage and Greater Commercial Lending employees, was a Best Places to Work Finalist in the extra-large company category.

Greater Nevada named USDA National Lender in 2018
For the third year in a row, Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) was named the National Lender of the Year by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) thanks to the efforts of GNCU's subsidiary, Greater Commercial Lending. In 2018 GNCU obligated more than $449 million in loans, all guaranteed by the agency’s programs, representing a nearly 400% increase over loan obligations from 2016. In Nevada alone, GNCU obligated $314,851,300 in guaranteed loans.
GNCU Takes Bronze for the Best Bank in Elko
Greater Nevada Credit Union was voted in the top three for the Best Bank category in the Elko Daily Free Press 2018 Readers Choice awards. Meanwhile, our wholly-owned subsidiary, Greater Nevada Mortgage, was awarded Best Mortgage Lender!
