Harris analyzes the credit of potential borrowers applying for commercial loan products, specifically those within the USDA and SBA lending programs. He applies his years of experience to evaluate the ability to repay loans and lines of credit.
Prior to Greater Commercial Lending, Harris provided financial guidance to customers interested in home equity and real estate products. He also worked as an analyst for a real estate valuation company and as a legislative assistant for a law firm. Harris has a BA in Political Science from the University of Nevada.
Erika assesses the finances of businesses interested in applying for loans and lines of credit, including those within the USDA and SBA loan guarantee programs. She uses this information to determine repayment ability, and shares her recommendations with senior leaders and underwriters.
Prior to joining Greater Commercial Lending's production unit, she had worked with Greater Nevada Credit Union. Managing branches for two locations, she was heavily involved in cultivating relationships with business partners and members of the community. Erika's earlier experience includes roles in quality assurance and relationship management at Wells Fargo Bank. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Oregon University.
Hannah helps determine repayment ability, by assessing the credit worthiness of business' interested in applying for USDA and SBA loan guarantee programs. She collaborates with the commercial loan production department to analyze a variety of documentation, and deliver recommendations to senior manager and underwriters.
Previously, Hannah worked as a data entry analyst and records assistant for the University of Nevada, Reno. A graduate of this school, she holds a BA and MA in Criminal Justice.
Loss Mitigation Analyst
Brandon evaluates the loan requests, credit history, and loan repayment abilities of prospective commercial borrowers, leveraging his experience with USDA, SBA, and agricultural lending programs. He also possesses knowledge of A&D loans, construction loans, and CRE loans.
Before joining the Greater Commercial Lending team, Brandon worked as a commercial loan officer and credit analyst at banks in Eastern Oregon and Western Washington. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans, and has since completed advanced training at the Western Commercial Lending School in Reno.
Credit Administration Supervisor
Eric performs annual reviews on borrowers with USDA and SBA loans, as well as those with non-governmental commercial and commercial real estate loans. His 20 years of banking experience have primarily focused on conducting loan reviews for customers in a range of industries.
With a background that also includes serving as a bank examiner for the states of Montana and North Dakota, as well as early experience with Wells Fargo, Eric has a broad base of financial services knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and another in Business Administration, both from Dickinson State University.
Arkadiusz reviews the credit and financial information of clients in the Greater Commercial Lending’s servicing portfolio, providing insights to support the decision-making process for offering credit on a variety of loan types. Through his experience, he has acquired an ability to effectively assess risk and minimize financial loss.
Previously, Arkadiusz served as a commercial loan credit analyst for an organization providing business services to credit unions across the nation, and as a senior operations specialist for a financial services firm. He earned a BA in Economics from Clemson University.
