We understand your time is valuable, so you can plan ahead to fit a branch visit or phone call into your busy agenda. Appointments with Greater Nevada Credit Union are set online and available from 2 hours to 14 days in advance for:

  • In-person branch visit for most personal and business related services.
  • Phone call with a loan expert from our Consumer Lending team.

GNCU Branch Appointments

Walk-ins are still accepted at all branches.

Appointments are available for an in-person branch visit for most personal and business banking needs. Once confirmed, you will receive email/text notifications to remind you of the appointment. If you need to cancel, then please click the cancellation link provided in your confirmation and reminder email/text notifications. We look forward to seeing you for one of these needs:

  • Service request for existing accounts
  • Opening a new membership, checking account, or other deposit account
  • Issuance of a new GNCU Visa debit card
  • Learning more about personal credit card or business credit card options
  • Assistance with online or mobile banking resources
  • Notary service
  • Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) demonstration (only applicable to branches with ITMs available)
  • Safe deposit box access (only applicable to branches with safe deposit boxes available)

GNCU Loan Phone Call Appointments

Unscheduled phone calls are still accepted to our (855) LIV-GR8R lending hotline.

Appointments are available for you to schedule a phone call with a loan expert from our Consumer Lending team about auto loans, personal loans, personal lines of credit, recreational loans, land loans, student loans, and other loan options. Once confirmed, you will receive email/text notifications to remind you of the appointment. If you need to cancel, then please click the cancellation link provided in your confirmation and reminder email/text notifications. We look forward to connecting with you for one of these needs:

  • Apply for a new loan
  • Follow-up on a previously submitted application
