Greater Nevada Credit Union Named Top Performing Company in Nevada Women’s Fund Inaugural Best Places for Women to Work Survey
Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU) has been recognized as a Top Performing Company in Nevada Women’s Fund’s inaugural Best Places for Women to Work in Northern Nevada survey, earning the distinction in the 201–500 employees category.
The survey was created to spotlight organizations that are building inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplaces for women, while also helping Nevada Women’s Fund identify opportunities to close gaps and drive greater equity across the region.
Collectively, the participating employers represent a workforce of more than 33,000 employees across Northern Nevada. Top performers were selected based on their demonstrated commitment to fostering environments where women can grow, lead, and thrive professionally while balancing personal goals and family responsibilities.
The Best Places for Women to Work in Northern Nevada survey marks the first effort by Nevada Women’s Fund to formally recognize organizations setting the standard for workplace excellence and advancing opportunities for women across the state.
