Membership and the Merger Process
-
What is the process for approving the merger?
There is a defined approval process that includes regulatory review, and we are actively moving through it step by step. We are sharing information to help members understand what has been announced and what it means today. We will provide updates along the way so you always know where things stand as we work toward a potential close.

If the merger receives regulatory approval, Greater Nevada Credit Union would become part of America First Credit Union. At that time, you would automatically become a member of America First, and no action would be required from you. Our goal is to make any transition simple and seamless.
