Keep sensitive financial documents in a secure, password-protected location and avoid storing personal information somewhere that could be easily accessed by others.
If you lose your GNCU card
If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen during an evacuation, report it as soon as you are able. You can also use Card Controls in Digital Banking to temporarily turn off your debit card and manage transaction alerts.
Take care of yourself first
Financial preparation is important, but your safety comes first. Please follow evacuation instructions from local officials and rely on official emergency resources for the latest information about evacuation zones, road closures, shelters and other immediate needs.
