Greater Nevada Credit Union Hosts Dragon Lights Tour for the Blind
Helping to Make the Festival of Lanterns More Accessible
As the title sponsor of Dragon Lights Reno, Greater Nevada Credit Union wanted to make sure as many people as possible could enjoy these fantastic lanterns.
GNCU partnered with the Northern Nevada Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind to give a tour of Dragon Lights Reno to those who are visually impaired. Tour participants got to feel and experience these sculptures made of steel and fabric while a guide brought the lanterns to light.

Dragon Lights Reno featured 42 larger-than-life lanterns displayed in the Wilbur D. May Arboretum and Botanical Gardens at Rancho San Rafael Park from July 1 – Aug. 14.
